Substance Abuse Services
C2E provides outpatient counseling for individuals who have been required to participate in treatment due to a DUI (Driving Under the Influence)-related offense or IID/SSS (Ignition Interlock/Special Supervision Services) violations. We provide outpatient group and/or individual counseling in order to assist individuals fulfill their treatment requirement.
Our main goal is to assist clients in identifying and coping more effectively with alcohol and/or substance related issues which may be causing problems in their lives, while developing skills and strategies to avoid further legal problems.
We provide treatment in both English and Spanish at two locations including:

Please note if you have been mandated to substance (mis) use treatment for a DUI, you will be expected to follow the Program Policies and Procedures which include policies on attendance, participation, assignments, alcohol and drug use and others. You will be given these Guidelines at Intake and asked to review them carefully before you begin treatment. If you do not wish to follow these Guidelines, we will refer you back to your referral source. We welcome any feedback or questions you may have.
DOT SAP Process
The Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation, 49 CFR Part 40, defines the role of the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations regarding education, treatment, follow-up testing and aftercare.
As a qualified SAP professional, I possess the credentials and educational requirements to provide SAP evaluations and recommendations, as well as assist you in fulfilling the educational or outpatient counseling requirement (recommended by another SAP Professional).
- "SAP" evaluations for individuals who have a DOT violation and must fulfill the "SAP process" requirement
- Education and treatment for those individuals who must fulfill the treatment requirement of a "SAP evaluation"

Non-DOT Evaluations and Treatment
C2E provides evaluations and treatment (outpatient counseling) for individuals who have tested positive for illegal or non-approved substances in the workplace. We provide treatment which focuses on promoting abstinence, understanding the effects of substances on workplace performance, and other life issues which may have contributed to the substance (mis)use.
We will provide you with documentation of completion once you have finished with treatment.
